The Great Qin Empire: International will temporary maintenance on May 23, 2023, at 6:00 (UTC) due to restrictions on certain countries and regions. The Imperial Dominion server will be temporarily closed. Players of the Imperial Dominion server can update the game and pick up another existing server to create and play with new characters. We will provide substantial compensation for the new characters of Imperial Dominion players after a period of 10 business days. For players who have purchased and paid on the Imperial Dominion server, a 200% refund of the recharge amount will be given.

Solution for the issue of not being able to connect to the server after updating the client:
 1 Ensure that the client has been updated to the latest version from the Microsoft Store.
 2 Close the game and delete two game cache files located in the C:\AppData_Kr directory on your computer.
