How to appoint Duty Generals to bring greater gains to your buildings?
In Evony, the "Duty" buttons are placed on buildings in the main city, and the buttons can be unlocked when buildings reach a certain level. At this point, players can appoint officers to get the corresponding building gains. The conditions of unlocking & appointing
First of all, according to the different types of buildings, the duties are divided into three types: Military, Defense and Interior. After officers are appointed, buildings will have different types of gains. These gains can be viewed by clicking details in the Duty interface.
Secondly, officers are classified into five grades. The higher the rank of the officer, the higher the gain he or she brings.

Military: Archer Camp Lv21, Barracks Lv25, Workshop Lv29, Stables Lv33, Rally Spot Lv35

Interior: Keep Lv16, Academy Lv20, Market Lv24, Forge Lv28, Military Academy Lv1, Research Factory Lv32
The qualifications of Generals
The ranks of officers include five tiers (Junior, Medium, Senior, Special, Super).
The holding conditions of each level are different for each building. The holding conditions are mainly set from the perspectives of Attack, Leadership, Defense, Politics and Power. For example:

Tips:
1. The absence of the above generals will not affect the appointment of officers. Because as long as the generals meet the officer requirements, the buildings can get the officer gains after the appointment, but the best effect is not achieved.
2. When an officer is upgraded in tier, you need to appoint the General again to activate the new tier's benefits.
3. As Duty Generals ascend, the effectiveness of their Special Skills increases. Now some positions can be recruited through the Tavern. Recruiting generals in the Tavern and ascending them can effectively improve the strength of defending the city.
4. Currently, only a few special equipment (Consul's Staff, Consul's Toga) will have their effect when worn by officer generals. Other equipment will not take effect on the Duty Generals.
5. No Skill Book has been applied to Duty Generals so far.
6. Only a few General Specialties take effect when the General assumes the Duty. Without special instructions, the General Specialty does not take effect on the Duty Generals.
7. Spiritual Beast and Dragon do not take effect on the Duty Generals.
